Parking is free at the hotel if you are part of our group. Spots are on the front side and on the northeast side of the building.

Located on the Northeast end of the hotel, there is a parking lot with an accessibility ramp which can be used to move into the dealer room.

1. The hotel restaurant will be open for breakfast and dinner (in person or via room service).
   • The hotel is offering at breakfast buffet as on Nov 2025
2. The hotel now utilizes a service called Tap Taste Go, which is a mobile ordering system for what used to be room service, except you can have the food sent to other locations in the hotel (including the hotel lobby).
3. We are working with the hotel to revive the ConGregate Cantina (concessions with food & drinks) that includes live entertainment.
4. We will be running our ConSuite over the weekend for free snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic)
5. You can order from Door Dash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub. 
6. With free parking, you can go out a short drive to grab food:
   • Exit the airport towards Greensboro.  Take I-73/Joseph M. Bryan Blvd to New Garden Rd. (roughly 7-8 minute drive)
