Jo Boone is the author of the Combined Service series: The Magnetar, Elaninae, and The Celestial Sea, published by Chris Kennedy Publishing/Theogony Press. Jo’s science fiction and fantasy stories have appeared in Remnants of Empire and (under the byline Jennifer Busick) in the anthologies Challenge Accepted, Thou Shalt Not, Beyond the Last Star, and Touch the Sky, and in magazines including Weird Tales and Black Gate. Her short stories “The Thief” (published in Thou Shalt Not) and “La Desterrada” (published in Black Gate) received honorable mentions in two Year’s Best anthologies.
