Some of our panelists may decide to record their panels for later personal use. The following rules apply:

• All panelist must agree to be recorded.
• No recording may posted on the internet or broadcast in any way without written permission of ConGregate’s senior management.
• A sign* must be placed on the panelist table, in the front of the panel room, prior to beginning any kind of recording.

* ConGregate is working to supply tent cards to the guests that say "Session Being Recorded"
